Early May update!

——Hello!
I have been extra busy and late to update you on what has been going on.
Sorry!
Last month I was honored to perform and present as part of the Disability and Music Convocation at Illinois State University. Here is a video of my [performance aptly titled, “Electro=Acoustic improvisation for Multiple White Canes.

Watch and listen to me bang on stuff…

Video description:
I’m on a stage in a concert hall. There is a video screen at the back of the stage that is projecting blue light/the no signal screen. I move throughout the space with my canes eventually out of view of the camera. At some point near the end I approach the screen. It has been casting my shadow throughout the perdformance and as I get closer my shadow gets smaller. I move a cane over the screen horizontally and then leave the stage and off camera.

I visited Mexico City in March for the Lit y Luz fest. While I was there I had a ton of fun and had the chance to present and audition some sounds and a multi channel piece at Fonteca Nacional. While there I was interviewed for a segment on Channel 11 news. Here is the video of that.

Watch me on TV! Watch me on TV

I am currently working on a number of different things that I will announce soon including the Sensory Shift fellowship I will be a mentor for.
Ok! See ya when I see ya..
